1.Is starting a paint by number kit project hard?                                                    I’m a beginner. Not at all! The instructions are really simple: just paint the area with the color corresponding to the number. That’s it! If you’re more of a visual learner, there are may videos online to show you how easy it is.

2.Where do you ship from?                                                                                      We have warehouses in the US and China. The origin of your shipment depends on the specific product you order.

3.When will I get my order?
Depending on the product you order, it will be dispatched from the most suitable location depending on availability. Thefollowing times are working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Kits that are readily available in the US typically arrive within 2-6 business days.
Overseas kits require a 7-14 working days from the order date.
You can check the shipping info tab on each product page to confirm the estimated delivery for that particular item.We always strive to get your kits to you as quickly as possible! Many thanks!

4.My order is stuck/not moving
Before being delivered, your parcel needs to go through several processing centers. These are known as "shippingpartners," and their job is to scan and classify parcels before being handed to the last leg carrier (USPS, Ontrac) for
delivery.
Depending on their backlog, some shipping partners will need a few days to process the order. This means you'l see theparcel "stuck" in the same location. There's no reason to worry, this is part of the process. However, if you see nomovement for more than a week, kindly contact us so we can verify there are no issues with the shipment.

5.How can I track my order?
We will send the tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once available. Make sure tocheck your spam folder if you do not receive any order or shipping confirmation emails.You can also track your order on our tracking page. Simply input your order number and emai, or the tracking number todisplay the information.

6.Should canvases be stretched?
Stretching a canvas is not easy - so for the beginners, we recommend not stretching them especially if you don’t have the necessary tools to properly stretch it. However, there is no need to worry as our kits was designs to be used whether they are stretched or not.

7.Can I update myshipping address?
Yes, we can definitely do that for you, as long as the order has not been shipped.
Kindly contact us as soon as possible and provide us with the order number and the new shipping address. lf the order isalready in transit, you must contact the carrier to fix the address. We can send you the USPS tracking number so you canreach out to them.

8.Should I stretch my canvas?
That is entirely up to you. Even if you want to hang up your project when you’re done, there’s no need to fuss as the canvas was designed to be display whether they get stretched or not.
